By creating a BinMe account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use BinMe.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not use BinMe for any illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, or to distribute harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to BinMe (links, images, wallet addresses, etc.). By making your profile public, you grant BinMe a non-exclusive license to display that content for the purpose of rendering your profile page.
You may not use BinMe to host phishing links, malware, scams, or any content that violates applicable laws. Profiles used for illegal purposes will be immediately terminated.
BinMe integrates with third-party services including blockchain networks, Pokémon TCG API, Discord, and RSS feeds. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data from these external services.
BinMe is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will be free of errors. Use BinMe at your own risk.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of BinMe after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
